Horizon Senior Care Ltd has subsidiary companies for Development, Marketing and Management each operating as an independent legal entity.
Our corporate structure enables us to control cost to the client, terms of employment, viability of our business and return on investment independently.
The Board of Horizon Senior Care Ltd acknowledges the responsibility of corporate governance, corporate responsibility, risk management and health & safety and is collectively responsible for providing the entrepreneurial leadership of the Group within a framework of controls and reporting structures to assist the Group in pursuing its strategic aims and business objectives.
Non-executive directors and a management team will be appointed at relevant stages of business development.

Qualified in graphic design, marketing, publishing and brand development with an established client base of national and multi-national companies in the private and public sector.

Extensive management experience in health and social care with the NHS and the private sector. Following the formation of the NHS Commissioning Board in 2011 he worked with Ian Bainbridge Deputy Director (South) for the Department of Health working with 34 County and Borough Councils to engage with CEOs, Directors of Adult Social Care and Public Health Directors to improve the discharge of patients from hospital and avoid unnecessary admissions providing a line of sight for Norman Lamb, Minister of State for Care and Support Services. He arranged meetings and events with the Ministerial Office of Jeremy Hunt, Secretary of State for Health and a regional conference on Dementia awareness in April 2013. He is currently Intermediate Care Strategic Lead for Wilshire Council and the NHS appointed on a short term contract to advise and produce a 3 year strategy for intermediate care within Wiltshire working with service providers and commissioners to produce sustainable health and social care pathways of care under the ‘Better Care Fund’.

A diverse and highly respected construction individual with a construction career spanning 40 years at all levels. He has a proven track record of delivering projects with values over £500 million. Ron has a huge portfolio of highly successful major projects in private sector companies, PFI, education and leisure. Highly qualified in construction safety and a fully qualified C.D.M.C., specialist qualifications include:

– Nebosh General & Nebosh Construction Safety Certificates (credit)

Over 40 years structural and civil engineering experience across a variety of sectors including offices, retail & mixed use, education, sports & leisure, industrial, mining & metals, law & order, aviation, defence, residential, health and highways. He has almost twenty years’ experience of partnering, shared learning, continual improvement, value engineering and collaborative working environments. He is an active member of Constructing Excellence and has taken part in 3 demonstration projects.
Martin was Account Director for Sunrise Senior Living responsible for the design and delivery of several of these unique mansion based Care Communities for the elderly which include a self contained and secure ‘Reminiscence’ wing for those suffering with Dementia. He was a key member of their Continuous Improvement Group charged with value engineering and the development of smaller formats.
